These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Clever Outdoor Power Equipment ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 578 Gillespie Rd., Madison, AL 35758. By using our services or submitting equipment for repair, you agree to these terms.
Clever Outdoor Power Equipment provides small engine repair, maintenance, and related services for outdoor power equipment including lawn mowers, pressure washers, and similar equipment.
We reserve the right to decline service on any equipment we determine is unsafe, beyond economical repair, or outside our service capabilities.
Estimates provided prior to repair are approximations based on initial inspection. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.
Labor rates and parts pricing are subject to change without notice. Current rates are available upon request.
By submitting equipment for repair, you authorize Clever Outdoor Power Equipment to perform diagnostic inspection and any approved repair work. Verbal or written approval of an estimate constitutes authorization to proceed with the specified repairs.
We use quality replacement parts appropriate for your equipment. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts may be used where available and requested. Aftermarket parts may be substituted when OEM parts are unavailable or when cost savings benefit the customer.
Parts used in completed repairs are non-returnable.
Payment is due upon completion of service before equipment is released. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
Equipment not picked up within 30 days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees.
Equipment abandoned for 90 days or more may be disposed of in accordance with applicable Alabama law.
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Clever Outdoor Power Equipment is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Clever Outdoor Power Equipment is not responsible for pre-existing conditions not related to the repair, loss of use during the repair period, or damage resulting from customer-supplied parts or instructions.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the original repair service.

Equipment not claimed within 30 days of completion notice will be assessed a storage fee. Equipment unclaimed for 90 days or more may be considered abandoned and disposed of pursuant to Alabama law, with any proceeds applied to outstanding balances.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in Madison County, Alabama.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
